Our BAA/BABA compliant products are manufactured in our Henderson, NC facility, utilizing mostly domestic and some foreign components. These are products engineered by Americans and manufactured by Americans. Each of these LED luminaires or retrofit kits are available in a wide range of lumen outputs and options.

Buy American Act (BAA) compliance requires at least 50 percent of the cost of the product's components to be of US origin. The threshold for Build America, Buy America (BABA) was 60 percent in 2023. That threshold has increased to 65 percent in 2024, and will increase to 75 percent in 2028.

Most federally funded projects already require BAA compliance for LED lighting. Established in 2021 as part of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, BABA will also be required for most federal or federally funded lighting projects.
