LEMC – LED Emergency Unit

The LEMC LED emergency unit features ultra-bright, long-life, adjustable white LED lamp heads, which allow for optimal center-to-center spacing. There are three LEDs per head, at 1.5W total per head. The LEMC comes with a 3.6V long-life, maintenance-free rechargeable NiCd battery. An internal solid-state transfer switch automatically connects the battery to the LED board and LED lamp heads for a minimum of 90 minutes of emergency illumination. A fully automated solid-state, two-rate charger initiates battery charging to recharge a discharged battery in 24 hours.

Installation and construction
The LEMC's housing is constructed of injection molded 5VA flame retardant, high-impact resistant thermoplastic. It comes in a white or black finish. There is a universal knockout pattern on the back plate for surface mount, and a knockout for conduit applications. The LEMC is suitable for wall or ceiling mount.
